My name is Mauricio, and I am an HR Business Partner.

My job is to maximize the potential of people that want to improve their professional careers. I do this by determining what they want and I tell them what I can do.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and a Master’s degree in HR Management, I’ve acquired enormous expertise in recruitment. I have worked in talent acquisition as a consultant for hundreds of companies throughout Europe and most recently as an internal recruiter for well known multinational tech companies like Gartner, Fever, and currently, Ubisoft.

Outside of full time business activities I’m currently building my own brand in career coaching services where my aim is to teach people how to succeed in their professional endeavors with clear goals and practical advise.
